CVS Health faces the same challenges of every health care organization when it comes to finding the best talent. However, few of those organizations have the impact and support of CVS Health’s 300,000 colleagues. This campaign focused on sharing their passion with other purpose-driven individuals who quite literally wear (and hold) their hearts on their sleeves.
“Holding your heart” quickly became a symbol of their passion and was used to increase their brand visibility in a crowded marketplace and share their story.
